Beth Kahiga holds a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Administration from the University of San Francisco. She has worked with Napa Valley Support Services (NVSS) since 1976, becoming Executive Director in 2003. Her approach in management and service delivery is one of teamwork and hands-on involvement with each of the programs NVSS offers. Beth is fully committed to the agency's mission and believes that each individual with a disability should have a quality of life that can be defined and determined only by that individual. She can be found most weekends on the hiking trails of Napa Valley.

Katy Vanzant began working for Napa Valley Support Services (NVSS) in 1993. The Director for Napa Personnel Systems since 2000, she has also been an Instructor and Assistant Program Director in the Imperial Way Program, and an Instructor with the self-directed team in the earlier Calistoga Program. She graduated from Mary Washington College with a degree in International Affairs. At NVSS, Katy has been fortunate in finding a career that lets her celebrate the human spirit while allowing her to continue to be a student of human nature. |

Julie Philpott graduated from St. Mary's College with a degree in Psychology. She has worked with developmentally disabled adults for more than 20 years. Julie became an NVSS Program Director in 2001, and is continually looking for new ways to keep the Day Program invigorating and rewarding. |

| Greg Battaglia graduated from Humboldt State in 1997 with a degree in Liberal Studies/Parks and Recreation Administration. He became an NVSS Program Director in 2003. In his spare time he can be spotted on golf courses, softball diamonds, beaches, and up in the mountains gathering gourmet mushrooms with friends and his dog Zoe. |

Emmy Lesko is a native of the Napa Valley. She has enjoyed working with people with disabilities since 1991. Emmy began her career as an Instructor for NVSS, where she worked for five years before leaving to become Community Support Facilitator and later Director of Supported Living Services for a partnering agency. She returned to NVSS in 2003 and is currently running the Brown Street Gallery. |
