| We increase independence and support success - we provide excellent support and placement, on an individualized basis, for the people we serve. People are our greatest assets - we value these assets through our investments in comprehensive quality programs, practical training and orientation, consistent and continuing education, and effective selection of staff, board members, and employers. We make our decisions considering stakeholder input and encouraging collaboration in finding solutions - we discuss our options and jointly come to a solution that allows all participants to operate at their fullest potential. We are committed at all levels to group support - we exhibit this by respecting each other in how we work together, and by treating each other as we would like to be treated. We embrace flexibility and growth, promote wisdom, and trust our intuition - we welcome opportunities to learn, to explore new approaches or to revisit previous ventures, and we listen to our sixth sense and avoid group think.
