Juan C. began his job with the Napa Sanitation SE Crew in March. He is doing great so far and has been early every day for his 5:30 AM pick up time. His coworkers Jon W. and Wes E. are “showing him the ropes” of his new job as a janitor. Juan is already working at an average pace for an entry-level janitor. Juan needed a crew job with a regular schedule, and the opening on the crew was perfect timing for Juan.
