Giants Game

NVSS Assessment
NVSS is working with a consultant to develop and complete an assessment of the agency. NVSS will develop NVSS’ Ultimate Goal and identify opportunities for the HCBS grant. Information is currently being gathered from all stakeholders including clients, staff, parents, employers, and caregivers.

Farmers Market Crafts from Brown Street Gallery
Brown Street Gallery artists are taking on new crafts to bring to Farmers Market. Whether they’re making jewelry, crocheting (check out Elizabeth’s newest booties!), wine cork wreaths, or animals, our artists are always creating new gems!

Tie Dye Class
Farmers Market has been so successful that the tie dye item supply ran low! NVSS Activities Coordinator Leticia trained staff to teach Tie Dye Creation Class, and soon enough, supply levels are back up!

Clients’ Rights Advocacy (and Bingo!)
The Office of Clients’ Rights Advocacy conducted a training at Imperial Way Program. Everyone received client friendly booklets describing all the rights they have as individuals. Up next was Clients Rights Bingo with prizes for winners. Clients really enjoyed this informative training!

Napa Town & Country Fair
#TBT to when NVSS went to the Napa Town & Country Fair and enjoyed fair food, games, and rides! Imperial Way Instructors, Supervisors, Program Director, and Program Assistant organized the week to ensure all interested individuals could attend.
